The Richlands industrial precinct enjoys excellent access to the Ipswich and Centenary Motorways.
Building One is a semi-modern office/factory/warehouse building with a GLA of 9,477sqm, apportioned as 432 sqm of office over a single level and 9,045sqm factory/warehouse. Building Two is a model office/warehouse building with a GLA of 7,247sqm, apportioned as 558sqm of office over two levels and a 6,689sqm warehouse.
The property was sold in September 2021.
